He has held executive and board positions at Goldman Sachs, Aristocrat Leisure Limited, NYX Gaming Group, and International Game Technology. He has a history of leadership and innovation in the gaming industry, both domestically and internationally.
He joined Wynn Resorts in March 2017 and was previously the company’s the President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as the CEO of subsidiary Wynn Interactive. Billings is a member of the Board of Directors of Wynn Resorts as well as the Wynn Macau, Limited, Board of Directors. Billings leads innovation and the standards of excellence at Wynn Resort’s current properties including Wynn and Encore in Las Vegas, Nevada, Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace in the SAR Macau of the People’s Republic of China, and Encore Boston Harbor near Boston, Massachusetts.
